How to Measure Your Wrist Size:
- Wrap a measuring tape or string around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Add 1–2 cm (0.5–1 inch) for a comfortable fit.

All our pieces are made to order, so please allow 10–14 business days for production and delivery from the date your order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide all shipping information via email, allowing you to track your order with ease.

Return
Return / Exchange Policy
All of our jewelry is made-to-order and custom for every client based on gold color, texture, and size. Therefore, we do not accept any refunds.
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from the date you received your order.
- Always inform us by email at melanie@melmakki.com before sending back any item.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, or used.
- All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Once we receive and approve your return, you will have 7 days to select your new item(s) using your store credit.
- You will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
- Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. In such cases, you will also be responsible for all handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
We do not accept any returns on the following products:
- Any customized orders, engraved jewelry, or customized sizing done at your specific request.
- Any product personalized for you in any other way.
