At Melmakki Jewelry, each piece of jewelry is made-to-order and uniquely crafted for you. As a result, we do not accept refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- You must inform us via email at melanie@melmakki.com before returning any item.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and unused.
- All merchandise must have the original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Exchange Process
- Initiate Exchange: Email us at melanie@melmakki.com to request an exchange.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and return it to us with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Approval & Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will approve the exchange if it meets our policy. You will receive a store credit equal to the value of the item.
- Select a New Item: You have 7 days from the approval date to use your store credit towards a new item.
Important Notes
- Shipping Costs & Fees: Customers are responsible for handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties associated with returning and receiving exchanged merchandise.
- Non-Compliance: Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept any returns on the following products:
- Any customized orders, engraved jewelry, or customized sizing done at your specific request.
- Any product personalized for you in any other way.
